As an advisor to the Zhongguancun Forum and a member of the Executive Committee of the 2025 International Association of Science Parks and Innovation Regions (IASP) World Congress, Dr. Luo Xiang was invited to attend the Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference and the IASP Executive Committee Meeting, and participated in the paper review committee of the IASP World Congress.

On March 2, 2025, the 2025 International Artificial Intelligence Programming Elite Challenge (IAEPC) was successfully held at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The IAEPC competition created three firsts: first in scale, with more than 20,000 contestants from 117 countries and regions participating in the preliminaries, and finally 28 young technology elites from 12 countries and regions competed in Hong Kong; first in influence, for the first time, it attracted global AI young elites, global AI technology experts, and scholars to gather in Hong Kong to discuss the development of AI technology and advocate "technology for good"; first in social value, for the first time, it emphasized that AI is the "fifth paradigm revolution", and it is necessary to pay attention not only to the application of AI in various industries, but also to the relationship between AI and humans.

Dr. Luo Xiang was specially awarded the "Multinational Corporation 2025 ESG Person of the Year Award" by the Management Committee of the Multinational Corporation Carbon Neutrality 50 Forum for his achievements in creatively applying the two major logics of ESG "risk control" and "value reconstruction innovation" in supporting the global business development of Chinese companies.

On October 15-16, 2024, the 2024 G20 Entrepreneurship Roundtable Dialogue, co-hosted by the G20 Entrepreneurship Research Center of Tsinghua University and the Ministry of Labor and Employment of Brazil, was held at the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University in Beijing. The theme of this roundtable dialogue was "Promoting digital and sustainable entrepreneurship to drive high-quality full employment".
