The UNGLEP Global Youth Sustainable Career Advancement Initiative (GYSCA) Talent Pool is a long-term global career development platform for university students and young people up to the age of 30. Leveraging the United Nations’ global resources and influence, together with multinational corporations’ international networks and social responsibility practices, the Talent Pool provides global internship opportunities and professional training to build systematic solution capabilities in cutting-edge fields. Through hands-on internship and training experiences within multinational enterprises, the programme supports the development of the next generation of contributors to global sustainable development.
