On January 21, 2024, the first "Tongzhou Global Development Forum" hosted by Renmin University of China and co-organized by Renmin University of China and Tongzhou District People's Government was successfully held under the keen attention of people from all walks of life. On March 2, 2025, the 2025 International Artificial Intelligence Programming Elite Challenge (IAEPC) was successfully held at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The IAEPC competition created three firsts: first in scale, with more than 20,000 contestants from 117 countries and regions participating in the preliminaries, and finally 28 young technology elites from 12 countries and regions competed in Hong Kong; first in influence, for the first time, it attracted global AI young elites, global AI technology experts, and scholars to gather in Hong Kong to discuss the development of AI technology and advocate "technology for good"; first in social value, for the first time, it emphasized that AI is the "fifth paradigm revolution", and it is necessary to pay attention not only to the application of AI in various industries, but also to the relationship between AI and humans.
