With nearly 30 years of cross-border HR and executive leadership experience, Ivy has held senior roles at Fortune Global 500 firms including Novartis, Alcon, Honeywell, and AIG, spanning healthcare, aerospace, and financial services. As Greater China HR Head and a global HR leadership team member, she demonstrated strategic leadership in designing inclusive cross-cultural HR strategies, boosting international collaboration, talent mobility, and organizational resilience to navigate global disruptions.

Subsequently, Ivy joined CanSino Biologics, a domestically listed conglomerate (A-share and H-share).  Partnering with the CEO-led executive team, she orchestrated the overall strategy of organizational management and HR, championed major transformations, cultural renewal, and underpinned business growth.

She currently serves at United Family Healthcare under New Frontier Group, with overall responsibility for the group’s HR management.

Ivy serves as a Career Development Mentor for Peking University BiMBA, an Alumni Mentor at Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs, and a member of CHO100 – a prestigious network of top HR executives in China. Additionally, she holds leadership roles in industry associations: as a member of the Steering Committee of the China Healthcare HR Association, and since 2024, Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Chapter of the HR Association (HRA), where she leverages her thought leadership to drive collaboration between domestic and international stakeholders, advance best practices of talent and leadership development in the healthcare sector, and mentor next-generation leaders.

Ivy holds an MBA from the BiMBA program at Peking University (2003).  In 2016, she completed advanced studies at Harvard Business School (HBS) and became a member of the HBS Alumni community.
