Mr. Kai-Shing Fong (KS) is the General Manager – Group Training & Development and Principal of the Towngas Training Institute at Towngas Group. He oversees the training and development functions, including talent acquisition and development, organizational culture, learning and development, professional training, and technical training in both Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong.

KS has more than 25 years’ experience in energy industry. He has held various positions in different areas, including engineering, customer services, and training & development while in Towngas Group. He has an engineering academic background and is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers (IGEM) and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE).

With his extensive experience, KS believes he understands the operation of the Group and the training and development needs of employees and is committed to equipping them with the necessary skills to contribute.
