Ms. Ke Zhao joined CICC in 2007 and currentlyserves as Managing Director, Head of the Multinational Corporations (MNC) Team,and Head of Investment Banking, Americas. She previously oversaw the firm’sinternational affairs and government relations.

With extensive managerial experience across theU.S., Mainland China, and Hong Kong, Ms. Zhao has led a wide range of M&A,restructuring, IPO, and direct investment transactions. Notable deals includeSaudi Aramco’s secondary public offering of common stock, the Hong Kong IPOs ofBudweiser APAC and Yum China, the A-share IPO of Foxconn, Tianjin Tianhai’sacquisition of NYSE-listed Ingram Micro, the private placement of Anhui GujingDistillery, the Panda bond issuance by New Development Bank, and bond offeringsby Sinopec and China Travel, among others.

In 2014, Ms. Zhao was nominated as YoungLeaders Forum Fellow of the National Committee on US-China Relations.

Since 2021, Ms. Zhao has served as the CapstoneSponsor at NYU Stern Shanghai.
