Mr. Wang Guangsheng is the VP of Qingdao Haier Biomedical Co., Ltd. (Haier Biomedical, 688139), where he oversees international market operations. Since 2008, he has represented the company in exchanges and cooperation with organizations such as the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI), the Foreign Aid Department of the Ministry of Commerce of China, the International Cooperation Department of the National Health Commission of China, and the General Administration of Procurement under the Ministry of Finance of China.
Mr. Wang Guangsheng holds an EMBA from the University of Hong Kong, an EMBA from Peking University, and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Qingdao University. He joined the Haier Group in 1997. During his career, he has received the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technological Innovation Award (Outstanding Talent Category), the Qingdao Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award, and the title of “Expert Receiving Special Government Allowance” from the Qingdao Municipal Government. He has obtained more than 20 product patents.
