Starting her career with a Fortune500 company, Shelley joined Career International in 2001 and has played apivotal role in the company’s growth from startup to IPO, as well as in drivingits international expansion, digital transformation, and ecosystem strategy.She brings extensive expertise in HR industry evolution and business modelinnovation.

A hands-on organizational andtalent strategist, Shelley has supported multinational corporations includingApple, Intel, and Mercedes-Benz in building China leadership teams, and advisedestablished Chinese brands such as OPPO and Lenovo on strengthening criticaltalent pipelines. More recently, she has worked closely with major state-owned enterprises and fast-growing AI-native companies likeCRRC, China Telecom and Beidian Digital Intelligence to developdigitally enabled, globally competitive organizations. Her experience spanningmultinational, private, and state-owned sectors has made her a trustedlong-term strategic partner to clients navigating complex transitions.
