CicyZhang is a founding member of BrainCo a vice President of BrainCo, a HarvardiLab incubated company focusing on brain-machine interface technology andapplications based in Somerville, MA. Cicy’s main role at BrainCo has evolvedfrom EdTech product management to project management, where she led a team of40 scientists and engineers to develop EdTech content using neuroscience andbrain-machine-interface technology to unlock students’ learning potential.

Cicyis also a certified team coach and organization relationship coach, whichenables her to support the company’s organizational and talent developmentthrough executive coaching and leadership training.

Beforejoining BrainCo, Cicy got her EdM from Harvard Graduate School of Education.Leveraging her work experiences in international development organizationsincluding AIESEC, Volunteer In Asia, and Atlas Corps in 28 countries, she haspreviously started multiple startup companies and educational NGOs, where shedesigned and led social entrepreneurship and leadership training programs.
