Liu Lijia, a member of the Communist Party of China and a Ph.D. candidate in Macroeconomics at Beijing Normal University, currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Partnerships at the HOLCIM Group, a Fortune 500 company. With over 20 years of professional experience working in foreign countries and international multinational corporations, he has traveled to 104 countries and regions. He possesses deep theoretical knowledge and practical experience in areas such as corporate development strategies both domestically and internationally, international cooperation, technological innovation, government-business relations, infrastructure, and ecological conservation. In recent years, he has been invited to participate in a series of events, including the “Foreign Enterprises Watch the Two Sessions,” the Jintai Roundtable Forum, and activities offering policy recommendations to the national government. He has published numerous professional papers and research studies in core journals and holds more than ten invention and utility model patents.
