Received Bachelor/1996 and PhD/2001 from Tsinghua University.

From 2001 to 2008, he served as an excellent researcher at Advanced Research Center and a member of Faculty of Engineering, the University of Tokyo. He joined partnership with more than 20 semiconductor giants in Japan and Europe, dedicated to the development of high-density microelectronic technology. He established the China Representative Office of the School of Engineering, University of Tokyo, and served as the first representative. He founded the International Green Design and Microelectronics Packaging Research Center and initiated the International Conference on Green Electronics. Since 2008, he served as the Chief Scientist of TotalEnergies China, the Vice President of R&D for Asia, leading the group's R&D innovation in Asia. From January 1, he was appointed as Head of Government Affair for TotalEnergies China. He won several best paper awards at international conferences, the Ten-Year Contribution Award for Semiconductor Packaging in China, and the second place in the China-France Climate Technology Innovation at the Paris Climate Summit.
