• Led teams in quality management innovation, proposing methodologies such as NUDD and Shift Left (proactive quality management).
• Driven the customer-centric transformation and digital transformation of quality management, leveraging big data, artificial intelligence, and industrial IoT technologies to build a “Smart Quality Ecosystem,” achieving multidimensional improvements in customer experience and intelligent quality management across the entire value chain—from R&D, production, and supply to sales and service.
• Summarized and refined Lenovo’s quality management practices and experience, launching the “Lenovo Smart Quality Ecosystem” management model, and spearheaded the publication of the book *Shift Left to the Extreme: Lenovo’s Smart Quality Ecosystem Management Model*.
