Regarding the Global Youth Career Sustainable Development Plan for Multinational Corporations ESG/SDGs Disclaimer of Internship and Vocational Training Arrangements
Welcome to apply for the "UNGLEP Multinational ESG/SDG Global Youth Career Sustainable Growth Program" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") initiated by the United Nations Global Leadership and ESG Development Center (hereinafter referred to as "UNGLEP or the Center"). In order to clarify the nature of internships and vocational training arrangements in this program, clarify the rights and obligations of all parties, and avoid misunderstandings or disputes, the following statement is made:
As the initiator of this program, our organization provides internship opportunities, vocational training, ability assessments, and relevant qualification certificates for participants. We will be responsible for recommending to international organizations, multinational companies, leading listed companies, unicorn companies, etc. that have signed cooperation agreements with the UNGLEP Multinational ESG/SDG Global Youth Sustainable Development Program for all applicants who have obtained qualified certificates for internships or employment training. However, none of these recommendations constitute any form of employment or internship hiring commitment, guarantee, or employment obligation. 1、 Nature of this plan
This program aims to provide participants with opportunities to learn, train, understand and practice ESG/SDG related industries, including but not limited to course training, career development support, competency assessment, and relevant qualification certificates. The above activities do not constitute any commitment to internships, practical training, or employment positions. 2、 Recommended but not a commitment to employment
The participation and completion of internships or practical training by students in this program does not automatically guarantee or guarantee that they will receive formal internships, practical training, or job offers from this institution or any cooperating units. This institution expressly excludes any express or implied warranties regarding employment after the completion of the internship. Whether participants can obtain internship or vocational training positions depends on the job requirements, policies, evaluation criteria, and independent decisions of the cooperating units. 3、 Internship/Vocational Training Non employment Relationship
The internship or vocational training that participants participate in at the cooperating unit is a short-term, non employment practical activity and does not constitute a labor contract or employment relationship. Our center and cooperative units do not assume any obligations under the labor contract. 4、 Code of Conduct and Exemption from Liability
Participants shall comply with the laws and regulations, public order and good customs, business ethics, industry standards of their respective countries and regions, as well as the rules and regulations, confidentiality agreements, and behavioral norms of our center and cooperative units. If a participant violates the aforementioned regulations (including but not limited to disclosing trade secrets, submitting false information, engaging in fraud, serious dereliction of duty, misconduct, or other dishonest or improper behavior), resulting in the termination of the internship or vocational training relationship, disqualification, or non employment, the participant shall bear all consequences on their own, and the center shall not be held responsible. 5、 Unilateral termination
During the internship/training period, if the participant's performance does not meet the basic requirements of the cooperating unit, violates relevant management norms, or encounters situations that make the internship unable to continue, the cooperating unit reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the internship arrangement in advance. 6、 Insurance protection
To ensure the basic safety of participants during internships or vocational training, our center will purchase personal accident insurance covering the corresponding period for participants who meet the conditions and have already entered the internship or vocational training arrangement. The coverage, compensation standards, and specific terms of this insurance shall be subject to the insurance plan separately announced by our center. 7、 Applicable Law
This statement shall be governed by Chinese law and interpreted in accordance with Chinese laws, regulations, rules, normative documents, etc.
