Dr. Luo Xiang was specially awarded the "2025 ESG Person of the Year Award" by the Management Committee of the Multinational Corporation Carbon Neutrality 50 Forum for his achievements in creatively applying the two major logics of ESG "risk control" and "value reconstruction pioneering" in supporting the global business development of Chinese companies. In particular, he made breakthrough achievements in practical theory: "ESG escorts the six agile development models (COOKIE) of Chinese companies' global development", including primary compliance governance strategy, investment optimization portfolio strategy, target scenario-oriented strategy, key issue screening strategy, local and global strategic integration strategy, and ESG ecological value chain strategy. The above theoretical model has been published at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area ESG Annual Conference, the Belt and Road Overseas Strategy Forum, and the Global Carbon Neutrality Development Summit, and theoretical lectures have been conducted at the Belt and Road International Business School of Renmin University of China.
