The 2025 UNGLEP Global 25 Under 25Outstanding Youth Award – Future Entrepreneurs is jointly organized by the United NationsGlobal Leadership & ESG Development Center and the G20 EntrepreneurshipResearch Center of Tsinghua University. The evaluation and mentorship committeeis composed of senior UN officials, renowned entrepreneurs, and multinationalcorporate experts. The program is of the highest caliber in terms of format,content, and expert resources
The “Global 25 Under 25–FutureEntrepreneurs” is an international honor recognizing young individuals under theage of 25 who have demonstrated outstanding performance in business innovation,social responsibility, or industry development. The award categories includethe Future Entrepreneur – Seed Award, the Future Entrepreneur – Pioneer Award, theFuture Sustainable Development Youth Leadership Award, and the Future ClimateAction Youth Leadership Award.
Encouraging Innovation: Honoring younginnovators who challenge conventional thinking, especially in emerging areassuch as artificial intelligence (AI), clean technology and energy, digitaltransformation, sustainable investment, and green finance.
Role Model Effect: Inspiring more youngpeople to engage in innovative thinking and entrepreneurship, especially women,minorities, and other underrepresented groups.

Each category will shortlist 100 candidates, and 25 final awardees.

Programme Objective:
To ensure that every participant achieves significant improvement in knowledge,thinking, and capabilities. We encourage broad participation among students,enabling them to learn from founders and CEOs of leading global enterprises,and to cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, andentrepreneurial spirit essential for becoming future business leaders.
The advisory committee is composed ofsenior UN officials, renowned founders, entrepreneurs, and experts frommultinational corporations. These mentors not only possess rich experience inbusiness practice and professional knowledge, but also demonstrate a strong senseof responsibility and mission, providing participants with a unique educationalperspective.
Tailored curriculum: Jointly developed byUNGLEP and the G20 Center at Tsinghua University, the curriculum includesmultiple modules covering business innovation, business thinking,technology-driven strategy, product innovation, capital and finance,leadership, and team management.
Exploration Group (Age 14–18)
Target Group: Students interested inleadership training, business management, and innovation-oriented thinking
Training Focus: Tailored curriculum and assessment for students aged 14–18,emphasizing the development of leadership and innovation awareness, serving asa talent pool for sustainable business innovation
Programme Outcome: Upon completion of training and passing evaluation,participants will receive the “Future Business Seed Certificate” issued by UNGLEP
Youth Award: “25 Under 25 Outstanding Future Youth (Future Entrepreneur) – Seed Award”, FutureSustainable Development Youth Leadership Award, Future Climate Action YouthLeadership Award.
Recommendation: Recommended to attendUN-hosted events and provided with reference letters for universityapplications.
Emerging Talent Group (Age 19–25)
Target Group: Students interested inleadership training, business management, business planning, andentrepreneurship
Training Focus: Business plan simulation and evaluation training for studentsaged 19–25, with a focus on comprehensive business leadership andentrepreneurial planning abilities, cultivating youth into future businessleaders
Programme Outcome: Upon completion of training and passing evaluation,participants will receive the “Future Business Pioneer Certificate” issued by UNGLEP
Youth Award: “25 Under 25 Outstanding Future Youth (Future Entrepreneur) – PioneerAward”,Future Sustainable Development Youth Leadership Award, FutureClimate Action Youth Leadership Award.
Recommendation: Recommended to attendUN-hosted events, and provided with reference letters for employment anduniversity applications, as well as referrals to startup incubators andinvestment opportunities.
