Symposium of AI Quantum for UN-SDGs
The Global Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship (GYLE) Program aims to empower youth development and capacity-building by fostering expertise in quantum computing and artificial intelligence. In collaboration with the United Nations University (Tokyo), the program implements innovative projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants will gain hands-on experience and enhance their global teamwork competencies.

Dr. Xu Long:
He is a pioneer of Dr. Drucker's guided management. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Business Management and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong. He was named the Top Collaborating Instructor at the Peter F. Drucker Management Institute for 20 years. He is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), an IAF-certified Master Facilitator (CPF/M), and a project facilitator who received the 2022 International Facilitation Award.
Previously, he served as the overseas head of a central enterprise subsidiary, expanding the company's international operations from zero to 100 countries. He has held leadership roles in multiple overseas subsidiaries. In the training field, he has implemented more than 30 management enhancement projects for leading publicly listed companies in the industry, involving over 2,000 middle and senior managers.
Dr. Zhou Yu Qing:
He studied at Columbia University and Stanford University in the United States, earning Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics and Finance respectively.
He taught at the Business School of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, published several academic papers in top-tier international academic journals, and was awarded a tenured position at CUHK.
He collaborated with Nobel Laureate in Economics Mirrlees to develop a mathematical model of the principal-agent mechanism in social ecological systems (funded by RGC in 2005), and received the CUHK Outstanding Theoretical Achievement Award.
He later left academia to start a business, with many years of experience in investing in enterprises and projects. Among them, the 2012 "Green Development and Cultural Poverty Alleviation in the Wuling Mountain Area of Hunan" creative project, which he led, was selected as a key case in "China 2030," a report led by Premier Li Keqiang and jointly authored by the World Bank and the Ministry of Finance. The project is currently being implemented with national organizational funding.
He has served as an advisor to the Hunan Provincial Government since 2012.
