Kevin Xu , the founder of Drucker-facilitative management, holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong. He was formerly the Best Collaborating Instructor for 20 Years at the Peter F. Drucker Academy, a CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), a CPF|M(Certified Professional Facilitator Master level IAF), and the 2022 International Facilitation Award Winner for project facilitation.

Previously, he served as the Overseas Head of a Subsidiary of a Central State-Owned Enterprise, where he grew the company’s international business from zero to operations in 100 countries, taking charge of multiple overseas subsidiaries. In the field of training, he has successfully implemented 30+ management improvement projects for leading listed companies across industries, engaging over 2,000 middle and senior-level managers.
